In your chosen contact record, scroll down to Playbooks and pick the Playbook you want to use. Fill the relevant fields and click Log Call to add.
Playbooks can be really useful when speaking with prospects/contacts. It can help guide a conversation while on the phone or remind a sales rep of the new process in place. Follow the instructions below to be able to use your playbook with your contacts:
- Navigate to the specific contact you want to use the playbook with
- Click into the contacts record
- On the left hand side, scroll down until you see playbooks
- Pick the playbook you want to use
- From here, you can then fill in the questions or read the article added
- Click Log Call to add the playbook to the contacts record
- You will then be able to come back and edit once saved
