The number of calls you will get in a HubSpot onboarding project is entirely dependent on the type of onboarding you choose, as well as the chosen Hubs and tier.
HubSpot Guided Onboarding
For Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub Starter, you will receive 2 calls per week for 6 weeks, whereas for Growth Suite Starter, you will receive 2 calls per week for 8 weeks. For Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub Pro and Enterprise, you will receive 2 calls per week for 8 weeks, whereas for Growth Suite Pro and Enterprise, you will receive 2 calls per week for 10 weeks.
Partner Managed Onboarding
For Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs or Growth Suite Pro and Enterprise, you will receive weekly check-in calls for the duration of the onboarding project.
Boom Priority Onboarding
For Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub Starter, you will receive 1 single call. For Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub Pro and Enterprise, you will receive 1 call every 7 to 10 days.
