Add text, videos, images, presentations and so much more to your HubSpot dashbords.
Add Images, text or video to your dashboard
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting > Dashboards.
In the upper left, click the name of the current dashboard, then select the dashboard you want to edit from the dropdown menu.
In the upper right, click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Insert images, text, or video.
Enter your notes into the notes field, using the toolbar to format as needed. To add images or video, click the Insert Image or Insert Video.
Add external content to your dashboard
You can also embed external content to your dashboard by clicking on Actions and then Add external content. For example, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Youtube Videos and more.
Please Note: Embedded content counts toward the limit of items you can have on one dashboard, but does not count toward your limit of custom reports.
Once you select the type of content you would like to embed from the options below, fill in the Title and URL.
