Navigate to Conversations, then Inbox. Within your Inbox, select the chat you would like to use. Click Insert, then Video.
From your Hubspot homepage, navigate to Conversations, then to Inbox.
Within your inbox, select the chat that you would like to use.
Click Insert, then Video and select a saved video or record a new one using Hubspot’s Vidyard integration.
Please note: You will need to remove or re-add any existing videos to your chatbot actions in order for them to play within the chat widget.
