How do I filter contacts and companies in HubSpot?

In Contact, go to either Contacts or Companies. Then, choose from either the pre-set or custom filters available at the top of your contact list.

Navigate to the Contacts tab in the navigation bar and click either Contacts or Companies depending on what you would like to filter.

From there, view the navigation bar above your contacts:

Either select one of the filter options shown in the top bar, or select More filters, where you can search and select from a long list of standard and custom filters.
