Start by navigating to the social media tool
First things first, log into your HubSpot account and head over to Marketing > Social. This is where the magic happens!
Head to the reports section
Click on the “analyse” tab within the social tool, here is where you will find all the information you need about how your posts are performing.
Pick your date range
Choose the date range you are interested in seeing analytics for. You can go with the predefined options or set a custom date range if you’re looking for something specific.
Check out the key metrics
HubSpot gives you some great metrics to look at
Engagement - See how many likes, shares, comments and clicks your posts are getting.
Reach - Find out how many unique users have viewed your posts
Followers - Track how many followers you’ve gained or lost over a selected period
Sessions - See how many sessions your social media efforts have driven to your website
Need something more custom? No problem!
If you want more detailed or customised reports , go to Reports > Reports Home. Click “Create custom report” and select “Social reports”. You can pick and choose the metrics and dimensions that matter most to you.
Exporting your data
Want to share your findings with your team? Easy! Just click the “Export” button to download the data ready to be shared.
Set up automated reports
Save yourself some time and set up automated reports! In the reports section you can schedule these to be sent directly to yours or your team's inbox regularly. This way everyone stays informed without any extra effort.
