The hosting and support agreement covers the costs of hosting the API integration in the cloud and for us to provide support if there are any issues with the integration. If the integration stops working, we expect that our monitoring system would pick this up. If if doesn't and you notice a problem - submit a support ticket and we will respond within 24 hours and seek to fix the issues as soon as possible to keep the integration up and running.
