Your Impact as a Business Development Executive:

Key Focus Areas:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Proactively source and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Lead Qualification: Identify high-quality leads and conduct initial needs assessments.
- Collaboration with Sales Consultants: Work closely with the Growth Team to optimise and improve sales activity.
- Target Account Research: Identify and research ideal target accounts.
- Sales Enablement: Utilise sales tools and systems to streamline outreach and engagement.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and detailed records in HubSpot CRM.
- Meeting Scheduling: Book high-quality exploratory meetings for Sales Consultants.
Key KPIs:
- Number of outreach activities completed.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Meetings booked for Sales Consultants.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Conduct high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research leads before outreach to tailor messaging effectively.
- Work closely with Sales Consultants to align outreach strategies.
- Identify new target accounts and market opportunities.
- Schedule exploratory calls and manage follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and lead statuses in HubSpot CRM.
- Attend weekly pipeline review meetings.
- Contribute feedback on outreach effectiveness to improve processes.
About You:

We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales Development.
- You embrace learning and are eager to grow in a dynamic environment. Naturally curious, you take the time to deeply understand client challenges while thriving on delivering results that matter.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings.
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills: Active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive outreach.
- Resilience: You see challenges as opportunities and bounce back stronger after setbacks/rejections.
- Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting targets and exceeding expectations.
- Resilient and self-motivated: You handle rejection well and remain driven.
- Highly Organised: Able to manage a high volume of activity without sacrificing quality.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales enablement tools and digital platforms.
