Key Focus Areas:
 
  • Drive New Business Growth: Own the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to closed-won deals.
  • Strategic Consultative Selling: Build meaningful relationships and guide clients through their decision-making process.
  • Pipeline Development: Partner with a dedicated BDR to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration with HubSpot: Network and collaborate with HubSpot Representatives to drive high-value opportunities.
  • Client Discovery: Deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals, quotes, and scopes of work (SOW).
  • Nurture SQLs: Build trust with prospects not yet ready to buy, ensuring long-term opportunities are maximized.
  • Account Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Insights Sharing: Provide actionable insights to Marketing and client teams to improve strategies and campaigns.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity metrics in HubSpot CRM.

  • Sourcing activity
  • Net new opportunities created
  • Monthly revenue quota

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
 
  • Sourcing high-quality leads independently and with the support of the BDR.
  • Use sequences, calls, and tailored emails to engage with decision-makers.
  • Work inbound leads on rotation.
  • Attend networking events to find new leads.
  • Build relationships with HubSpot Representatives to secure referrals and leads.
  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and discovery sessions.
  • Manage client handovers seamlessly with the client teams team.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings and contribute to sales forecasts.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing for campaign alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for case study opportunities with every successful customer.
  • A powerful set of tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Data Tools to help you succeed
About You:
 
You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a growth consultant with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
 
We’re Looking For:
 
  • 4+ years of B2B consultative sales experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Must have experience with using HubSpot.
  • Comfort with technology and digital tools—you’re not afraid of complex tech conversations.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive storytelling.
  • Resilient and driven: You bounce back from challenges and remain focused on results.
  • Strategic thinker: You see the bigger picture and act proactively to drive long-term success.
  • Collaborative team player: You enjoy working cross-functionally and sharing best practices.
