About the role

We are looking for a driven and organised Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee the management of key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will utilise Teamwork project management software to track project milestones, manage timelines, and provide updates to both clients and internal teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution, but you won’t be required to attend every client call.

The Project Manager will work alongside the Strategic Account Manager to support and manage allocated projects, focusing on meeting client expectations and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.

As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of allocated projects.
• Collaborating with the Strategic Account Manager to manage support projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
• Tracking and managing project progress using Teamwork.
• Providing regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders based on their Tier status.
• Monitoring and maintaining project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled.
• Developing and managing detailed project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

About you

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally within a digital environment such as website builds or software development
• Proven experience using Teamwork or other project management software.
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results.
