A great experience with BBD Boom
We are currently working with BBD Boom to integrate our CRM with various HubSpot solutions. Our experience has been fantastic. The team at BBD Boom are efficient, always on hand to help and they utilise practical project management tools to provide clients with a clear view into project status and actions required. This is my second time working with BBD Boom and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a HubSpot partner.

Brilliant experience from start to finish
First impressions were excellent, from the very first scoping call with Huw, I knew BBD Boom were a very professional output. Things got even better when we started to work with the core HubSpot guru Tommy, who is not only very knowledgeable on all things technical, but is also someone who really listens to what the client needs and is able to articulate an effective way forward. You can't help but be reassured by Tommy, as he knows the answer to all queries thrown at him and takes the time to explain in a clear concise way. I've also been really impressed by the project structure and the reporting - and this was very capably led by Adore. We were able to prioritise, reprioritise and nothing was too much trouble for the project team. In short, if you've got a operational HubSpot problem that needs solving, or if you want a complete rehaul of your HubSpot strategy (or anything in-between), I'd highly recommend BBD Boom as the partner of choice.

Highly recommend as a HubSpot implementation partner
BBD Boom supported us with the onboarding of the HubSpot Marketing Hub and were a fantastic implementation partner. They quickly became familiar with our business, our marketing activities and processes, and used this to tailor the implementation accordingly. Blake, our HubSpot consultant, brought a huge amount of expertise and knowledge, had fantastic communication and was also flexible to our needs and requirements over the project period. Blake’s strong problem-solving ability was also invaluable to the project, as we would come with our challenges and objectives and he would return with expertly recommended solutions for the best route forward. The project was delivered on-time (no easy feat) and the trainings that were delivered have been incredibly valuable in setting us up for success with the platform, that will now transform our marketing activities. We would highly recommend working with BBD Boom, and look forward to working with them hopefully again when we come to onboarding the HubSpot Sales Hub in the future.

Incredibly Helpful!
We had a great experience working with Blake to implement HubSpot. We're transitioning from an older CRM into HubSpot and Blake catered all of our calls to focus on relevant topics/subjects that we'd need to learn as part of that transition. As a new HubSpot user, I was able to learn something new on every one of Blake's onboarding sessions and can now say that I'm much more confident using the platform. He kept everything very simple and was always available to answer questions (whether it was walking us through something live or answering questions over email). Very thankful for having someone like Blake who's both very experienced and a great teacher, guide us through the whole implementation process from end to end.

I was apprehensive to start..........I have walked away an advocate..........
Initially, I was sold HS onboarding and was expecting a HS team to support. Due to the need and speed at which we needed training, it was prevalent that HS couldn't meet our timescale. I must admit that I thought I was being given an inferior and cheaper onboarding - but this is by far from the experience and knowledge we have been given. In swoops BBD BOOM! Katie to the rescue. She is knowledgeable, polite, and prompt - seeing our success as her success. What I also love is the descriptive email after each session that reinforces and backs up the learning.

Great experience from start to finish
I was really happy with the support provided by Clarinda during our HubSpot implementation. Clarinda is very knowledgeable about the app and was able to resolve all of the many questions I raised during the process, as well as those added by my team during the final onboarding calls. It was great to have the sessions recorded as we covered a lot of material in each and this has given me the ability to revisit some of the more complex topics. Adam checked in mid-project as well, which was good from a customer care perspective. Clarinda Cheon was our absolute saviour and she was an absolute joy to work with. We worked with another HubSpot partner previously to onboard onto HubSpot but it left us not using HubSpot properly, feeling unconfident in the system and ended up causing more headaches than solving them as our ways of working just weren't listened to or understood. Had my onboarding for HubSpot with Katie and she was fantastic! Faced many issues due to the limitations of HubSpot's software and Katie came up with some very clever solutions and workarounds for some of them, which HubSpot's own team weren't able to do after several hours spend on various customer service calls with them prior to the sessions I had with Katie! The software does have a lot of limitations, but Katie is super knowledgable and goes above and beyond to do and share what she can even within the many limitations!

Wish we had found BBD Boom sooner!
Like many new businesses, we started with HubSpot but quickly found we weren't using it effectively and that to exploit its full potential, we needed external support. We didn't want to upgrade our subscriptions until we were confident that we could really get value. All the pain we were experiencing has been lifted and our sales / marketing process is in such a better place. It does take a whole team / company internal effort and BBD Boom has been there to help with all aspects of implementation and training so that we don't fall at the last hurdle. I know that we will always call upon BBD Boom in the future as our company evolves and our needs change, I just wish I had found them sooner.

Having not had a huge amount of experience working with HubSpot and it being an integral part of my job, Katie and Sabina have been on hand whenever I've needed them. Simply amazing - smoothest learning journey and experience
It is an absolute pleasure to be paired with Sammy and Clarinda who provided the most seamless learning journey I've ever had. We are currently going through HubSpot onboarding and the team has been incredibly helpful and been simply amazing. It is very clear they go above and beyond any SLA; the team pro-actively checks in between sessions as well and even if I inundate them with questions, there is never a question that is left unanswered. If certain topics require some information digging, the team is quick to update the next steps and I usually receive the answer within the same day. Patient and helpful for a Longer in the Tooth Marketer!
From the outset I found Katie to be helpful, knowledgeable and flexible throughout the HubSpot onboarding process. If there were any curved ball questions I threw at her, she answered them adeptly and, if not, quickly followed up with an email on how to address them. The best aspect I like about BBD Boom is the flexibility with their calls. Like most busy (disorganised!) marketers I don't usually decide until the day if I need the call or not. HubSpot for a Microsoft Partner?
This is awkward - we are a Microsoft partner who uses the HubSpot platform to manage our sales and marketing activity. (Apparently, Microsoft have a platform for this too). As a growing start-up, HubSpot's ease of use attracted us to the platform, but without the experts helping guide you - it can quickly become another IT investment not earning its keep. We leaned on BBD Boom to gain both the balance of their experience and the ability able to implement best practices. From the very beginning, BBD Boom worked closely with us to understand our unique needs and goals. They took the time to walk us through the various features and capabilities of HubSpot and helped us to develop a strategy that was tailored specifically to our business. Throughout the entire implementation process, they were always available to answer any questions and provide ongoing support as needed - and put me back on track when I said I knew better! Working with the team at BBD Boom has been great. They helped us re-design and migrate our website from WordPress and move marketing automation from ActiveCampaign to HubSpot. This was a massive project that could have been incredibly chaotic and stressful, but BBD Boom kept us organized, and on track and ensured that the project delivery went as smooth as something like this can. Initially, we wanted Boom's help building a new website in HubSpot but ended up onboarding to their training & mentoring service. My weekly training sessions with Tommy helped me develop my knowledge of HubSpot, process and strategy. Over the last year, he's helped me bring some much-needed order to the department. And, his friendly nature never made me feel silly for asking the 'dumb' questions. I've also worked on a few projects with Clarinda, whose technical knowledge is second to none. She's created some great plans for us and helped me understand how to do them for myself in the future. While I haven't worked with Michael for that long, the service we've received from him has been brilliant. Of course, I also have to give the rest of the team a special shoutout for all the work they've done behind the scenes. They really are a great bunch!

We could use more...
Our company implemented HubSpot Marketing professional and BBDB did the onboarding with us. We didn't know the system and learnt/built everything from scratches. At the end of the onboarding we become able to create a lot of things and could use major functionalities of the system. The onboarding required a lot of independent practice as well and in case of any question occurred BBDB could support us with everything and trained us a lot. At the end we reached the point where we realized how much more we didn't know and we wanted so bad to explore more, which i think is a good sign when you started own something. Thanks BBDB!
